Requirements:

• Minimum of a Child Development Associate and FCCPC certificate. (AA Degree or Higher Preferred).
• DCF 40 hour Child Care Training Hours
• Early Literacy Training
• Annual In-Service Training Completed
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Minimum Two Years of Classroom Leadership Experience
• Meets State and Local Background Screening Requirements
• Health Screening Completed Every Two Years
